1. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance is payable directly to the driver at the end of your journey.
  • All prices are fixed and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept major credit cards for deposit payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-shows will forfeit the full deposit amount.
  • To cancel, please contact us via email or phone.

3. Service Terms

  • We provide private transfer services between Rome airports, Civitavecchia port, and Rome city locations.
  • For airport pickups, we monitor your flight and adjust for delays at no extra cost.
  • Waiting time of up to 60 minutes is included for airport pickups after flight landing.
  • Drivers will wait at the designated meeting point with a name sign.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Valid contact information must be provided at booking.
  • Child seats must be requested in advance if needed.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Accidents: Transfer Rome carries full liability insurance for all passengers during transit. However, we are not liable for injuries or damages caused by passenger negligence or failure to follow driver instructions.
  • Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers are advised to allow adequate time for their journeys.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for items left in vehicles or for damage to luggage. Passengers should ensure all belongings are collected before exiting the vehicle.
  • Flight/Ship Delays: For airport and port pickups, we monitor arrivals and adjust accordingly. However, we are not liable for missed connections due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing our transfer services. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to complete your booking (e.g., sharing pickup details with your assigned driver).
